The space in Oléron Villa is very generous and can comfortably house one or more families. Oléron Villa est une maison spacieuse pouvant aisément accueillir une ou plusieurs familles.
Oléron Villa is very well proportioned house - not a (all too common) "cram as many beds into as small a space as possible" rental property. This is a house that we designed to be comfortable for our family to spend holidays in - with the extra space to hosts friends at the same time. We believe that this also makes it a very appealing place for other families to rent and spend time in.
There are four generously sized bedrooms - two with en-suite bathrooms - and the master bedroom leads onto an open-air solarium, no better place to enjoy your first coffee of the morning or last glass of wine of the night!
The main living area is a huge open-plan room with more than enough space for a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen.

Oléron Villa est une grande maison bien proportionnée, où les résidents ont de la place pour passer des vacances ensemble, sans pour autant se marcher les uns sur les autres.
Lors de la conception des plans, nous avons voulu créer une maison grande et confortable pour notre famille, avec de la place pour des visiteurs occasionnels. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez cette espace.
La maison a 4 chambres spacieuses, 2 d'entre elles avec leur propre salle d'eau. La chambre principale donne accès au solarium – un bonheur d'y prendre son café le matin.
La zone de vie principale est un grand salon moderne ouvert sur une cuisine aménagée, et équipé d'un home cinéma, 2 canapés, 2 fauteuils, et une grande table.

Lounge Salon
The lounge area has plenty of space to sit everyone comfortably while still leaving space for the kids to play.
There is a large HD TV with both British and French channels as well as a DVD player. As a bonus there's a great surround-sound audio setup that will even connect to you iPhone.
There are two large sofas (one of which converts into a bed) as well as two comfortable arm chairs.

Kitchen & dining area Salle à manger Cuisine
The kitchen is clean, modern and well equipped - including induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils are all provided.
The dining table can comfortably sit up to twelve people (using the table extensions and spare chairs that you will find in the garage).
La cuisine est équipée de tous les éléments dont vous pourrez avoir besoin dans une maison de cette taille et ce niveau de confort. La table de salle-à-manger est assez grande pour assoir 8 à 10 personnes. Des rallonges sont disponibles dans le garage pour une table encore plus grande!
Bathrooms Salles d'eau
The main family bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and towel drier. A hair drier is provided.
In addition, two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there are two separate toilets.
Les 3 salles d'eau sont équipées de douche «italienne» et de vasque sur meuble de salle de bain. Dans l'un de ces meubles, vous trouverez un seche-cheveux.
Master bedroom (Ch3) Chambre donnant sur le solarium
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has views on 3 sides - including onto the woods.
The bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC.
As a bonus this room opens directly onto the first floor terrace - the perfect location for a late night drink or a morning coffee; the terrace in turn has steps down into the garden.

Guest bedroom (Ch4) Chambre du rez-de-chaussée
This ground floor bedroom opens directly onto the patio - giving you great views of the garden and the woods behind.
This bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom.
Avec son accès direct sur la terrasse, cette belle chambre a aussi sa propre salle de douche.
Front bedroom (Ch1) Chambre d'enfants
This bedroom has a single bed that extends into a double as well as another single bed.
The room looks out in three directions including to the West where you can view the famous bridge that links the island to the mainland.
Un 3e lit est caché dans le tiroir d'un des autres lits, si vous avez besoin d'un 3e couchage.
Avec ses 3 fenêtres, cette pièce vous réserve une surprise... Regardez bien vers l'est et vous verrez le viaduc!

A very pretty double bedroom with loads of storage in the built-in wardrobe.
